Projekt Melody stands out from other virtual streamers by maintaining her identity discreetly despite streaming platforms that restrict children from accessing her content, and her adult material attracting a different fan base than those simply enjoying video game play. Melody made her first debut on “the other site” in February 2020 and quickly rose to star status, remaining featured throughout. A year later she joined VShojo, one of the first VTuber talent agencies in the West along with Ironmouse, Silvervale, Nyatasha Nyanners Zentreya Apricot the Lich and Hime Hajime – she also founded Lewdcast – an entertaining weekly variety VTuber podcast!
Melody also has another persona known as Melware who appears during her Chaturbate streams. This dark persona is more lewd and crude than her regular self, often insulting chatters in her stream and insulting members of it. Melware first made its debut as part of an April Fool’s Day joke but soon after became part of Melody’s official lore.
